Hi there, you have made contact with me via our website - we are very sorry to hear of Michael's diagnosis. My husband has survived this cancer, he was diagnosed in 1997 on his 24th birthday. He underwent intensive chemotherapy, a stem cell transplant and then radiotherapy at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge. Following all this he went into remission in 1998 and has remained so to the present day. He was discharged from his consultant in 2008 after 10 years. We know that success stories with DSRCT are few and far between as it is so rare and so aggressive so are glad you managed to find our site.
